Long Meadow Rescue Ranch is the Humane Society of Missouri’s Rescue area and
does strictly livestock and mostly horses!!

If I do not have your fees before the show date, please bring the $$ with you to
give me at the show.
Cancellation
policy: full refund less $10 cancellation fee on entries received before May 1, 2010.
Entries received after May 1, 2010- NO refunds, SORRY!
1) Showers are allowed to bring food and drink
into the hall but if you make a MESS YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF!!!
2) All exhibitor reservations will be
guaranteed when accompanied with entry form and proper payment.
Your entry will not be guaranteed by phone or by e-mail.
If we run out of exhibitor space, those who entered last will be the
first expected to share a table. First
35 entrants get a full table and choice of additional table for added price, any after that will have to share.
3) 3x5 index cards will be used as name tags
– bring plenty – if your horse places 1-10 these cards will be taken for
proper name and result information. SIDE
ONE will have the horse’s breed and gender, and SIDE TWO will have the
horse’s name and exhibitor name.
4) A LSASE is needed only if you need
results– otherwise, I will e-mail it all to you if you supply an email
address.
5) No entrant, vendor, or member of the public
may engage in any behavior that is unsportsmanlike or discourteous.
That includes, but is not limited to, arguing with the judges or any show
official, displays of conduct that tend to embarrass or demean any person, or
any use of language not appropriate to a family event.
6) No person or entity involved in the
presentation of the show is responsible for any property loss, damage, personal
injury, or any other criminal or tortuous conduct, and by entering the show
hall, each entrant, vendor, or member of the public accepts sole and exclusive
liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or any other criminal
and tortuous conduct that may occur.
7) Children are to be restrained at all times.
This show is for everyone's enjoyment.
If a child gets disruptive the parents and said child will be asked to
leave the premises and NO REFUND of FEES will be given!
If your child breaks items not belonging to you consider the broken
items yours at the cost that the item is worth.
8) No pets are allowed in the show hall unless
they are service dogs.
9) You are allowed to sell items within the
show hall.
10) There are several hotels in the area that
allow pets - and are within close range of the show site - please be advised to
make reservations EARLY as the show is near the KCI airport and sometimes
bookings are hard to get!!!

Donations are GREATLY welcome and will be used for either the
RAFFLE ITEMS or DOOR PRIZES. Also
Class sponsorships or championships are welcome at $2.00 PER sponsorship or you
can donate a prize for the class!!!!
Ring 1: OF Performance followed by OF Halter
Ring 2: CM/AR Performance followed by AR Halter
Ring 3: CM Halter (will begin after CM/AR Performance is done in Ring 2)

4: China Division (will start at 8 AM)
Ring 5: Dog classes followed by Fun classes - running all day long

We will have FIVE rings running at once, so please pay attention to
announcements.
1)
Performance showers will have 3 minutes in between each class to get ready, and
10 minutes in between each division.
2)
We reserve the right to combine classes at any point.
3)
Entrants are allowed to enter TWO
horses per performance class, and THREE horses per halter class.
4)
The Fun Classes are not NAN qualifiers and you may enter as many critters as you
like!
5)
The judges will have a time limit of 15 minutes per class to judge each class.
6)
There will be 2 minutes between halter classes.
ALL TIME
LIMITS WILL BE ENFORCED - WE WANT THIS TO RUN SMOOTHLY
But if you need more time please do ask!!
